The results for the annual students’ election of B. Borooah College, 2022 was declared on February 19.
NSUI takes over student’s election in B. Borooah College:
As many as 1500 students cast their votes for the elections. There were a total of 13 posts for which the contest took place. Out of those the post for President, Debate and Music and fine arts were declared one day prior during the day of nomination as each of the three posts didn’t have a competition for the same.

B. Borooah College:
B. Borooah College is one of the oldest educational institutions in the state of Assam. It was established in 1943 and was named after Bholanath Borooah a businessman from Nagaon. The college is affiliated with the Gauhati University.
