Introduction to ISANYA 7.0: NEATeHUB Invites Agri-Startups to Apply

North East Agriculture Technology Entrepreneurs Hub (NEATeHUB) has announced the launch of the ISANYA 7.0 entrepreneurship orientation programme. The programme is aimed at agri-startups in the North Eastern region of India and is designed to help entrepreneurs progress from the idea stage to the prototype stage. It provides grants of up to 5 lakhs and is open to eligible agri-startups.

NEATeHUB is focused on building a robust and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in the areas of climate change, agri-tourism, sustainable development, biosciences, allied agriculture, precision agriculture and agri-logistics. The incubator provides a range of resources to startups, including physical space and infrastructure, common service delivery systems, network activities, partnerships and linkages, mentors and advisors, as well as helping startups determine when it is appropriate to leave the incubator.

What is ISANYA 7.0? Exploring the Entrepreneurship Orientation Programme

The programme is expected to encourage the development of agribusiness firms centred around commodity-specific value chains in the North Eastern region of India. The AAU Incubator intends to operate on a hub-and-spoke structure, with satellite centres in key Assam neighbourhoods as well as in other North Eastern states.

Eligible startups can benefit from a range of resources offered by the programme, including technology and IPR support, business mentoring, co-working space with a plug-and-play environment, pilot production facility, marketing support, labs with dry and smart analytics, grants in aids and access to investors, robotics lab, and 3D printing facility.

Eligibility and Application Process: Who Can Apply for ISANYA 7.0?

To be eligible for the programme, entrepreneurs must be at the idea stage for the Agri-Business Entrepreneurship program. The application period began on February 1, 2023, and will close on February 15, 2023, at 11:59:59 pm. Interested entrepreneurs can apply at www.neatehub.org.
