Leaders of France and Germany urges Russia
As per reports, the leaders of the European countries – French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz spoke with Putin and urged him to initiate a negotiation with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The statement issued reads, “the Kremlin said Russia is open to renewing dialogue with Kyiv.” Putin on the other hand said that if Ukraine continues to get arms supply from other countries then it could further risk destabilization.
A member from Ukraine’s negotiation team said, “Any agreements with Russia aren’t worth a penny. Is it possible to negotiate with a country that always cynically and propagandistically lies? A barbarian can only be stopped by force.”
