In a shocking incident in Assam’s Bijni, an 18-year-old teenager allegedly raped a five-year-old girl on Thursday. According to sources, the victim was assaulted by the accused inside a bathroom.

After the family members of the victim discovered the incident, the girl was quickly rushed to a nearby hospital due to excessive bleeding. The victim is currently undergoing treatment.
The family members of the victim have lodged an FIR at the police station, based on which the accused was arrested immediately. The authorities are investigating the matter.
The Superintendent of Police (SP), Chirang district, has taken the matter seriously and assured that they will investigate the incident thoroughly. This incident has sent shockwaves throughout the country.
