Press Club of Sikkim (PCS): Winning candidates for the four remaining executive posts of PCS were presented with their certificates by the Election Committee on Tuesday at Press Club of Sikkim building here at Tadong.
They are Homnath Davari (publicity secretary), Sukraj Rai (culture secretary), Prakash Adhikari (literature secretary) and Binod Tamang (sports secretary).
Election Committee chairman Kamal Mukhia handed over the certificates to the winning candidates in presence of the PCS president Shekar Khawas, general secretary D.R. Dulal and other executive members.

These four executives have been elected uncontested as no other candidates were in fray for contest for the by-election. With this, the PCS executive body has the full strength of 12 members.
The other eight Press Club of Sikkim executives including the president and general secretary had been elected last December.
In a press statement, the PCS executive body has expressed its gratitude to Election committee chairman Kamal Mukhia, member Suman Gazmer and member Bijoy Gurung for conducting the by-election. The first meeting of the PCS executive body is scheduled on February 9.
