In the Dima Hasao area, a Gujarat model development has been implemented. Well in the pictures the terrible state of the Dima Hasao Polytechnic College building can be seen. It is located in Choto Wapu hamlet, around 7 kilometers from Haflong.
This Polytechnic was established by the Government of Assam to increase the center for technical learning centers in the entire state of Assam as per its latest proposal.
According to reports, development on this facility began in 2014, and the foundation stone was set by the current CEM Debolal Gorlosa, however ,the pupils in the photo are not from that year.
