SBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2021
1. Relationship Manager
2. No of posts: 314 [GEN:126, OBC:70, SC:54, ST:33, EWS:31]
Age Limit: 23- 35 years as of 01.08.2021.
Educational Qualification: Graduates of government-approved colleges or universities.
Experience: A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with prominent public/private/foreign banks/brokers/security firms is required. The candidate should have sufficient expertise in developing and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Clients (with a minimum TRV of Rs 20.00 Lakh).
2. Relationship Manager (Team Lead)
3. No of posts: 20 [GEN:8, OBC:6, SC:2, ST:2, EWS:2]
Age Limit: 28- 40 years as of 01.08.2021.
Educational Qualification: Graduates of government-approved colleges or universities.
Experience:
1. At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in relationship management in wealth management with major public/private/foreign banks/brokers/security firms.

3. Customer Relationship Executive

Age Limit: 20- 35 years as of 01.08.2021.
Educational Qualification: Graduates of government-approved colleges or universities.
Experience with financial product documentation standards and strong communication skills would be advantageous.
4. Investment Officer
5. No of posts: 12 [GEN:5, OBC:4, SC:1, ST:1, EWS:1]
Age Limit: 28- 40 years as of 01.08.2021.
Educational Qualification: Graduates or postgraduates from universities or institutions recognised by the government.
Mandatory: NISM/CWM certification
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as an investment advisor/counselor/member of a Wealth Management product team.
5. Central Research Team (Product Lead)
6. No of posts: 2 [GEN:1, OBC:1]
Age Limit: 30- 45 years as of 01.08.2021.
Educational Qualification: CA/CFA or MBA/PGDM from a reputable college/university
NISM Investment Advisor/Research Analyst Certificate/CFP (as of 01/08/2021) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in equity research/products in Wealth Management/AMC (Mutual Funds)/Banks.
6. Central research Team (Support)
7. No of posts: 2 [GEN:2]
Age Limit: 25- 35 years as of 01.08.2021.
Educational Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate degree in commerce, finance, economics, management, mathematics, or statistics from a government-approved university or institute.
Experience: The candidate must have at least 3 years of post-qualification work experience in financial services, giving support to the Research/Publications divisions.
7. Executive (Document Preservation-Archives)

Age Limit: 30 years as of 01.10.2021.
Educational Qualification:
# M.A. (History) from a recognised university with one optional paper in Modern Indian History (post-1750 period) OR # M.A. in other social science streams such as Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Linguistics from a recognised university OR # M.Sc. in Applied/ Physical Sciences from a recognised university
Professional Credentials Diploma Course in Archives and Records Management (At Professional Level) from the National Archives of India (Compulsory).
Experience: A minimum of one year working in an organization’s or institution’s paper records or archives area.
8. Manager (Marketing) (MMGS-III)
9. No of posts: 12 [GEN:7, OBC:3, SC:1, ST:0, EWS:1]
Age Limit: 40 years as of 01.07.2021.
Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA/ PGDBM or equivalent with a concentration in marketing/ finance from a government-approved/ authorised institute (AICTE/ UGC). Courses completed via correspondence or on a part-time basis are not eligible.
Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as an executive in a supervisory/management role in the field of digital and other financial product marketing in a: a) Scheduled Commercial Bank or b) Public sector or listed Financial Institution/Company
9. Deputy Manager (Marketing)
10. No of posts: 26 [GEN:13, OBC:6, SC:4, ST:1, EWS:2]
Age Limit: 35 years as of 01.07.2021.
Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA/ PGDBM or equivalent with a concentration in marketing/ finance from a government-approved/ authorised institute (AICTE/ UGC). Courses completed via correspondence or on a part-time basis are not eligible.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience as a supervisory/management executive in the field of digital and other financial product marketing in a: a) Scheduled Commercial Bank or b) Public sector or listed Financial Institution/Company.
