Former chief minister and Congress leader Siddaramaiah tweeted, “The demise of Dr Soundarya is a great loss to Yediyurappa’s family. My prayers with all his family members”.
As per information, Karnataka Home Minister Araga Dnyanendra mentioned that Soundarya was battling postpartum depression.

About Soundarya
Soundarya was in her early 30s. She was a doctor at MS Ramaiah hospital in Bengaluru.
According to the police, she was living with her husband, who was a fellow doctor.
She along with her husband and a six-month-old child stayed at an upscale apartment near Mount Carmel College.

Reportedly, she was found in her bedroom around 10.30am by her husband, Neeraj. He rushed back from work to his home when their house help informed that Soundarya wasn’t opening the door.
As per reports from Hindustan Times, a senior police official said, that so far, no suicide note has been found nor any complaints from her family.
The official added, “A case of unnatural death has been registered.”
