UP: On Sunday, the Meerut Police Department announced that one Naushad had been arrested for spitting on the dough while cooking tandoori roti. The incident occurred on December 2, 2021, during an engagement party, and a video of Nashad spitting on the dough had gone viral.
A contractor who was in charge of the catering for the engagement hired Naushad. Baleshwar, the contractor, has also been held by the police for interrogation.

According to sources, Naushad first denied all the claims and said that the small child spit on him when he was making the rotis.

However, when the cops showed him the footage, he stopped talking. As per the reports, Naushad lives in Meerut’s Kaithwadi, near Nanglatashi.
As Police Inspector Subodh Kumar Saxena stated that the complaint had been received and that the accused had been arrested. The accused will face severe consequences as a result of the investigation.

This is the second ‘Naushad’ arrested for spitting on the dough while making roti. A similar case was reported in Meerut in February 2021 when a person named Naushad was accused of spitting on the dough while making roti. He was subsequently arrested by the Police.
