Bhagwant Mann who is the chief minister of Punjab lands into legal trouble after a police complaint has been filed against him by Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga. Mann was accused of visiting the Gurudwara in a drunken state.

As per one of the tweets from a BJP spokesperson, ”Filed Police complaint against Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann for entering Gurudwara Damdama Sahib in Drunk Condition. I request the DGP of the Punjab Police department and the state police forces to take action on my complaint.”
The complaint was registered on Saturday against the CM and was filed in Sahibzada Ajit Singh nagar police.
The incident took place on Friday on the occasion of Baisakhi, when mann was alleged to have entered the Takht Damdama Sahib in a drunken state. The issue was raised by Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee. The committee members has issued that bothe the CM as well as the party leader Arvind Kejriwal must apologise for this behaviour.
This came after Bagga was booked Earlier this month for making harsh statements that ‘proked enimity and criminal intimidation.’
The case was booked under ‘making provocative, false and inflammatory statements to outrage religious feelings, promote disharmony and create feelings of enmity, hatred and ill will.”Tajindra Pal Singh Bagga has been under attack from AAP for his statements on twitter.
